You’re here! Be proud for having taken the first step toward the happier, healthier, more fulfilling life you want.
As an interdisciplinary FSP Psychologist, EMCC Accredited Coach & CIPD Professional Development Specialist, I believe you hold the key to creating the change you wish to see. My role is to provide the structure, evidence-based tools, and compassionate space to get you there.
Start building psychological strength, regulating your nervous system, and navigating life’s big transitions—before burnout or overwhelm take hold.
Whether you are navigating the emotional journey of expanding your family, guiding a young person through life transitions, or seeking personal resilience, preventative care helps you move forward with clarity and calm.
Navigating infertility or complex family planning can feel emotionally consuming. We weave together psychological insight, mindfulness, and compassionate coaching to help you manage uncertainty, process grief, and protect your wellbeing along the path.
Equip teens, young adults, and parents with practical emotional regulation tools, healthy boundaries, and clear communication habits. Move away from reactive family dynamics and create a supportive home ecosystem.
For professionals, couples, and individuals facing pivotal crossroads. Build self-awareness, prevent burnout, and design intentional habits using development frameworks and structured coaching.
Unlike traditional psychotherapy which often focuses on acute pathology, preventative psychological coaching works with healthy individuals facing transition, stress, or growth.
Together we will combine three pillars into a personalized framework:
UNDERSTAND: Gain science-backed insights into your thoughts, behavior, stress physiology, and values.
REGULATE: Integrate evidence-based meditation and breathwork to train your nervous system, cultivate resilience, and calm acute anxiety.
ARCHITECT: Apply structured, goal-oriented coaching and human development strategies to turn self-awareness into actionable life systems.
Making sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences can be a challenging and overwhelming process. When family, team members, or your organization are involved, there’s even more to think about. I am here for you. Together we will find out how you can become the change you wish to see.

Today was the day - a year of work was launched. I want to thank Ashley for what she calls “'coaching”, but is actually more than “just” that. I knew I needed a spark to sparkle so that I can grow as a professional, in my role as a manager and also as a team player, and I am very grateful that I was able to do just that through her. I feel like our sessions helped me think outside of the box, explore different approaches while using my strengths (also understanding what they are first) and collaborate with stakeholders on a level that I felt my background didn't suffice in a corporate world. More so, I feel so much more confident in familiar and especially unfamiliar situations, which really helps in setting the path for further growth. Thank you! What you do is so valuable.

Coaching psychology, also known as psychological counseling, and psychotherapy are both forms of professional support for people facing emotional, psychological, or behavioral problems. Although there are some similarities, there are also differences between the two. The main difference between psychological counseling (conducted by psychologists) and psychotherapy (conducted by psychotherapists) essentially lies in the duration of the counselling/therapy and the severity and nature of the problems.
My service falls within the area of psychological counseling.
Psychological counseling generally involves short-term professional support focused on difficult life situations and solving specific problems. In psychological counseling, psychologists work with healthy individuals who are experiencing distress, want to prevent an illness, and therefore wish to proactively change their situation. The duration of counseling is time-limited. In contrast, psychotherapy is typically a longer-term treatment that is not time-limited, and it is suitable for people with a mental illness, deeper-seated emotional problems, and a significant impairment in daily life activities (more information on the American Psychiatric Association).
Coaching psychology and psychological counseling, unlike psychotherapy, are not financed by basic Swiss health insurance. Psychological coaching/counseling provided by FSP-certified psychologists like myself are partially funded by certain Swiss supplementary insurances.
The advantage is that my services:
do not require a referral from your physician and are therefore directly accessible to you
cost significantly less than the average psychotherapy session (CHF190.00/60 min.)
are an ideal short-term solution until you find a psychotherapist
are often cheaper depending on your insurance deductible and co-payments
are covered by some supplementary insurances
can be submitted for consideration as a tax write-off
